Delivery Areas

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sialkot, Sahiwal, and every other city and tehsil in between.

Delivery Times

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
  • Other cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Order Processing

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeline, hasn't been delivered, or has been marked as delivered but you didn't receive it — contact us immediately. We'll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. Please make sure your phone number is correct and someone is available to receive the package. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by contacting us. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
