Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
- Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of use
- In its original packaging with all tags still attached
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items We Cannot Accept
- Items marked as Final Sale or sold during clearance
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or normal wear
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days at our WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation — our team will guide you on the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely with tags and original packaging, and ship it back via a trackable courier.
- Get your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the item.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method, or as a bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? No problem. Just mention it when you contact us, and we'll arrange the exchange — subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping cost on you.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error by us. We recommend using a trackable courier service so your package can be tracked.
